ASERT LLC Acquires DialogCoach from Allen Interactions
Mendota Heights, Minn. (May 12, 2005) -- American Speaker Education Research and Training, LLC (ASERT LLC) announced today that it has acquired DialogCoach™, the personal role-playing system developed by Allen Interactions Inc.
DialogCoach software gives users the opportunity to practice their talking points in simulated conversations like sales messages, answering common questions, and responding to objections. The software employs a creative instructive technique focused on elaborative recall, leveraging the capabilities of voice recognition technology, and creates a realistic context for users to practice within. It reinforces best practices and builds essential user confidence.
Among the many benefits DialogCoach offers are an opportunity to role-play practice in private, not in front of a client or sales trainer; lower training costs; and quicker time to user proficiency.
